Ingredients
1 1/2 cups butter
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 1/2 cups peanut butter
1 tablespoon vanilla
3 cups rolled oats
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
3/4 teaspoons salt
3 cups flour
3 eggs
Chocolate frosting, if desired
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Combine all ingredients, mix well.
Put mixture on large greased cookie sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes.
Frost with chocolate frosting while warm.
