Ingredients
2/3 cup butter, melted
2 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
2 2/3 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
300g (1 package) CHIPITS milk chocolate baking chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Beat melted butter with brown sugar, eggs, hot water; mix well.
Stir in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
Stir in CHIPITS milk chocolate chips.
Drop from small teaspoon onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool slightly.
Remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

This recipe is AMAZING!!! Simple to follow AND easy to make. My daughter and I have been making these choc chip cookies since she was 7, she's 14 now and still surprisingly loves them.
