Ingredients
1/2 cup soft shortening
1 1/4 cups brown sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 cups strained pumpkin
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1 cup chopped nuts
1 cup raisins
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Grease cookie pans.
Cream shortening. Add sugar and eggs one at a time. Add pumpkin. Stir in dry ingredients.
Gradually stir in nuts and raisins.
Drop on greased cookie sheet.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.

Very nice and yummy Bake this recipe and would reccomend people to bake it. i also made Pumpkin Ginger Bread what i also found in mrs clause Cookbook and if mrs clause did not have her cook book i would not be able to have cookies as tasty . Look out for my other comments around the website .bye for now !!!
