Ingredients
1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
2 tablespoons rum
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup finely chopped pecans
1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat together unsalted butter, maple syrup, sugar, and rum.
In another bowl, stir together, flour, chopped pecans, and salt.
Gradually stir into butter mixture. Shape dough into 1 inch balls. Place on greased baking sheet.
Bake for 15-18 minutes or until golden.
