Ingredients

6 ounces butter
6 ounces butter flavored Crisco
10 ounces granulated sugar
10 ounces brown sugar
1/4 ounce salt
6 ounces eggs
2 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 cup Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
14 ounces flour
6 ounces cocoa
1/4 ounce baking soda
10 ounces white chocolate chunks
10 ounces dark chocolate chunks
8 ounces macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

  2. Line cookie pans with parchment.

  3. Cream together butter, Crisco, sugars and salt.  Add egg, mix.

  4. Blend liquids add slowly to creamed mixture until fully incorporated.

  5. Sift together flour, cocoa, and baking soda.  Add to above, mix just until smooth.

  6. Add chips and nuts just to mix in, being careful not to break up.

  7. Place 1 ounce scoops on parchment lined sheet pans

  8. Bake for  8-12 minutes.

Note: All measurements, unless otherwise noted, are weights, you must use a scale.
