Delicious eggnog flavor, crunchy outside with a slightly chewy inside. I made a few tweaks after my first batch. I used rum extract in lieu of vanilla. I also made and drizzled a royal icing glaze with eggnog, rum extract and confectioners sugar. The first batch I increased baking time 5 minutes. The rest I increased the oven temp to 350 and that worked better. Again, just a few tweaks to your liking and these are Amazing!

Wished I would've put in a little more eggnog the flavor is very faint. Also think the instructions should be edited not only that I had to cook my cookies 5 more minutes than the recipe called for.

Best cookies ever! I put "Pumpkin Eggnog" in mine and I added chopped pecans! These are our new favorite Christmas Cookie!!! I also had to bake them 25 to 30 minutes on parchment paper. Fantastic recipe!!!

I tried these cookies because of the great reviews. They were terrible!! They tasted like flour. I thought I messed up at first, but I made 2 separate batches and followed the recipe exactly. No one liked them, not even the kids. I made a tasty eggnog icing, but even that didn't cover up the flour taste. Unfortunately, they ended up in the garbage.

These are wonderful! It was a bit confusing when the recipe said to mix ALL dry ingredients together in step 2 then said to mix sugar and butter together in step 3.It would be better to say Mix all dry ingredients except sugar.in step 2. They are amazingly delicious!

Simple to make. Holds it shape well--I used a melon ball scoop to place them. Fastest cookie I have ever made. Not too sweet!

I first printed this recipe out in 2007 and my paper is stained and tattered from using it year after year. It's such a wonderful recipe and will be adding them to my holiday cookie platters again this year. Thank you for sharing such a wonderful, easy recipe.

This recipe is fantastic! I love that the eggnog flavor isn't overpowering but you still taste it. The way my house smells when making these is almost as good as the cookies! I have made them for the last three years and haven't met anyone that didn't like them yet.
