My mother would make these cookies for us each Christmas. It was a special sweet treat for us because we didn't have much money. Mom is gone now so these bring her memory back to me.

Ingredients
2 Tbl Butter
1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
1 1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
1 Egg
1 Pkg Small Marshmallows
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts (optional)
Shredded Coconuts
Directions
Melt butter & chocolate chips together
Mix powdered sugar & egg together
Combine both while still hot
Pour over marshmallows
Add nuts
Mix well
Roll balls in coconut
