Ingredients
4 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 can (16 ounce) pumpkin
3/4 cup melted butter or margarine
2 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
3 ounces cream cheese, softened
6 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon milk or half and half
3 cups powdered sugar
Directions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Grease and flour 15x10 jelly roll pan (or 13x9 to make half batch).
Combine eggs, sugar, pumpkin and butter. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake 20-25 minutes.
Allow to cool.
To make icing:
Combine cream cheese, 6 tablespoons butter or margarine, vanilla, milk or half and half and powdered sugar.
Beat together and spread onto cooled bars.

I have made this recipe in a large cookie sheet many times and never come home with a single crumb. Eveyone loves how moist the bars are and delicious the frosing is.
