Good for parties/potlucks, Kid friendly, Travels well


1/2 cup butter or margarine
2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
3/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup all purpose flour
1/2 cup miniature candy-coated chocolate pieces


  1. Heat oven to 325 degrees. Place paper liners in cups of mini muffin pan.

  2. Melt butter and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and let cool 5 minuets.

  3. Stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Add flour and 1/4 cup of the candies and mix well.

  4. Fill muffin cups with 1 scoop batter. Sprinkle remaining candies over batter.

  5. Bake 12-13 minutes.

  6. Remove pan to cooling rack.

  7. Cool 5 minutes and remove brownies from pan.

  8. Cool.

  9. Store in airtight container at room temperature.
