Ingredients

1 Tablespoon of butter
1 egg
1/3 cup almond flour
pinch of salt
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder

Directions

  1. Place butter in microwave safe large mug or a small bowl, melt then swirl butter up sides of mug.

  2. Combine the other ingredients in a small mixing bowl, until thoroughly mixed.

  3. Pour into mug.

  4. Microwave on high about 90 sec. Cool 2 minutes. Turn out onto a plate, cut and enjoy hot bread!
