Ingredients

1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 can condensed milk
1/4 cup plain flour
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3/4 cup chopped nuts
1 package (12 ounce) semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine crumbs,1/4 cup cocoa, sugar, and margarine.

  3. Press firmly on bottom of a 13x9 pan.

  4. Beat together milk, flour, egg, vanilla and baking powder.

  5. Stir in nuts; spread over prepared crust; top with chips.

  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until set.

  7. Cool.

  8. Store tightly covered.
