These cookies taste amazing! They can get quite messy but let's be honest - what's baking without a little bit of mess?!

Ingredients
200g unsalted butter, softened
300g caster sugar
1 large egg
325g self-raising flour
1 teaspoon of sea salt (plus extra for sprinkling)
200g Nutella
Directions
Preheat the oven to 180C/350F/GM4 and line two baking trays with greaseproof paper.
Cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
Mix in the egg until combined and then gradually add the flour and salt until a dough forms.
Add the Nutella and gently marble it through the dough.
Divide the dough into 10 balls (or more, depending on how much dough you have), then squash them down gently onto the baking trays. Make sure to leave plenty of space between each cookie, as they will spread in the oven.
Sprinkle with sea salt before baking for 12 minutes.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool and set for 20 minutes before eating.
