Ingredients
1 1/2 cups canned pumpkin
1 1/2 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup salad oil
3 cups flour
1 1/2 teaspoons milk
3 teaspoons baking powder
1 1/2 teaspoons soda
1 package chocolate chips
1 teaspoon salt
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease cookie pans.
Mix ingredients in order given.
Drop by the spoonful onto prepared cookie pans.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.

I have been baking these cookies for the past four years. Each time I do, I have to make more! They store well, and stay fresh forever ! GREAT for a bake sale as the quantity per batch is close to five dozen cookies!

Made with my 8 year old daughter and had a blast. They are yummy, but you must like pumpkin flavor because it's definitely mostly pumpkin flavored.... obviously..
