Ingredients
1/4 cup of butter
1 cup artificial sweetener
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 egg
1/3 cup whole milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
Directions
Preheat oven to 350
Grease cookie sheets.
Combine butter, sweetener and peanut butter, blend well.
Add egg, milk and vanilla.
Sift flour, salt and baking powder together, blending well.
Drop onto cookie sheet.
Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
