Ingredients
2 egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1 cup semi-sweet or milk chocolate morsels
1 cup pecans
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Beat egg whites to foamy soft peaks.
Gradually add sugar and beat until stiff peaks.
Stir in vanilla, chocolate morsels and pecans.
Drop by spoonfuls onto foil-lined cookie sheets.
Place in oven, turn oven off and forget cookies overnight.

Found this fun to make.. Just pop in oven and go to bed. I also made them in the morning and they were done when I got home from work. Unusual taste, but I loved them. You've got to try them just once
