Ingredients
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups flour
10 ounces maraschino cherries (save juice)
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
4 teaspoons reserved cherry juice
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Mix butter and sugar, add in vanilla & egg.
Mix in cocoa powder, salt, baking powder, baking soda, then flour.
Roll into 1" balls and place on ungreased baking sheet.
Poke a hole in the middle and place a maraschino cherry.
Bake for 10 minutes.
When cool frost with fudgy frosting.
For Fudgy Frosting:
Put chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk and cherry juice in a pan and slowly heat until chocolate is melted
